Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, clear photographic evidence of the damaged item and packaging must be provided.
We reserve the right to assess all claims before issuing a replacement or refund.
